By using hackrforce.com or purchasing services from Hackrforce Technologies, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Services
We provide software, web, ecommerce-related, and technical consulting services as described in proposals, statements of work, order forms, or Stripe invoice / Checkout descriptions. Unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, work is performed on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
Accounts, fees, and taxes
Fees are due as stated on invoices or Stripe Checkout / subscription schedules. You are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes based on our net income. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of work or access until resolved.
Client responsibilities
You will provide timely access, content, approvals, and accurate information needed for the engagement. Delays in client inputs may shift timelines.
Acceptable use
You will not use our services for unlawful activity, abuse of systems, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, or violation of others' privacy or rights.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, themes, libraries, and know-how remain ours (or our licensors'). Upon full payment for a deliverable, you receive a license to use that deliverable for your business as described in the engagement, unless a written agreement assigns ownership differently. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information shared for an engagement and use it only to perform under these terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in writing, services and the website are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Hackrforce Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as stated in the applicable order or by written notice if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within a reasonable period. Provisions that by nature should survive (including fees owed, IP, confidentiality, and liability limits) survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pasco County, Florida (or the federal courts serving that area) are the exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
